Referral Triage

We are currently triaging all new referrals and prioritising care for health professionals.

A valid referral is required to be added to our waiting list, and our team will contact you once an appointment becomes available.

Pricing & Payments

We securely keep your card on file. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours will have a cancellation fee applied.

Payments are processed on the day of the appointment.

Medicare Rebates & Referrals

Please ensure you have a valid referral addressed to the clinician you are booking with. We recommend sending this to us directly before your appointment so we can process it smoothly and avoid any delay in your Medicare rebate. You may also want to check if you are registered for the Medicare Safety Net to maximise your benefits.
